We’re proud to showcase the renovated Barnard Park Villas project our team recently completed in Santa Monica, CA!

This three-story, 61-unit affordable housing community, just steps from the ocean, received major upgrades to its common areas, resident spaces, fitness room, laundry facilities, library, and bike storage.

RCI’s scope of work included:
– Installing new flooring and baseboards throughout the lobby, units, offices, community spaces, and restrooms
– Installing tile in unit restrooms, public restrooms, and community kitchens
